Access for Disabled Guests
The Due Torri Hotel, located in the heart of Verona's historic centre, a short walk from the Basilica of Saint Anastasia and the city's main attractions – like Juliet’s balcony, Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena – is also easily accessible to guests with disabilities or limited movement.
The property indeed has very few architectural barriers, allowing most of the hotel's spaces to be reached.
Some areas, such as the Lounge, the Panoramic Terrace and the Impero meeting room, are accessible by climbing a few steps; in these cases our staff are always ready to provide assistance with the use of a portable ramp.
The only space which is not easily accessible is the Arena Casarini, located in the basement and reachable via lift down to level -1. From there, our staff are available to assist guests in descending the last few steps required to access the splendid frescoed room.
The four floors which house the rooms, as well as the fifth floor housing the restaurant and bar during the summer, are served by two lifts. The rooms dedicated to guests with disabilities or limited mobility, located on the first floor, have been completely renovated to current legal standards, while maintaining Duetorrihotels’ characteristic style and comfort. The rooms feature zero-threshold showers equipped with Hewi® grab bars and stool to provide the utmost convenience and safety during your stay.
