Bistrot al 2 is an integral part of the hotel's All Day Long offering. It is located in the Sala dell’Aquila, designed personally by Gualtiero Marchesi, the famous Italian chef considered the “founder” of modern Italian cuisine and one of the most famous chefs in the world. Thanks to a dedicated entrance, Bistrot al 2 is more open than ever to the city, also welcoming non-residents who wish to enjoy lunch or dinner amongst the historic trappings of an authentic jewel of the city. The Due Torri’s breakfast room is the result of a skilful restoration which made features of the original materials and the frescoes which adorn the walls: images preserved in time, capable of skilfully recounting some of the most beautiful and iconic locations in Verona. On the ground floor are the Impero and Tazze rooms, on the -1 floor is the Accademia room and the Arena Casarini; a mixture of elegant and well-equipped spaces which can host up to 180 people.
