Bistrot al 2 is an integral part of the hotel's All Day Long offering. It is located in the Sala dell’Aquila, designed personally by Gualtiero Marchesi, the famous Italian chef considered the “founder” of modern Italian cuisine and one of the most famous chefs in the world. Thanks to a dedicated entrance, Bistrot al 2 is more open than ever to the city, also welcoming non-residents who wish to enjoy lunch or dinner amongst the historic trappings of an authentic jewel of the city. The Due Torri’s breakfast room is the result of a skilful restoration which made features of the original materials and the frescoes which adorn the walls: images preserved in time, capable of skilfully recounting some of the most beautiful and iconic locations in Verona. This evocative “colpo d’occhio”, rich in art and history, accompanies guests in one of the most important moments of the day: breakfast, an offering of the highest quality, with fresh local products.
