The Due Torri Hotel, located in the heart of Verona’s historic centre, just a few steps from the Church of Sant’Anastasia and the city’s main attractions such as Juliet’s balcony, Piazza Bra and the Arena, is also easily accessible for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility. The property features very few architectural barriers, allowing guests to comfortably reach most areas of the hotel.
Some areas, such as the Lounge, the Panoramic Terrace and the Impero meeting room, can be accessed via a few steps: in these cases our staff is always ready to assist by providing a portable ramp. The only space that is more difficult to access is the Casarini Arena, located in the basement, which can be reached by elevator down to level -1; from here our staff is available to assist guests with the steps required to reach the beautiful frescoed hall.
The four floors hosting the guest rooms, as well as the fifth floor that accommodates the restaurant and bar during the summer season, are served by two elevators. The rooms dedicated to guests with disabilities or reduced mobility, located on the first floor, have been completely renovated according to current regulations while maintaining the distinctive Duetorrihotels style and comfort. The rooms feature walk-in showers equipped with Hewi® grab bars and a shower stool, designed to ensure maximum comfort and safety during the stay.
