This year, our chef has created two menus, one traditional and one vegetarian, in addition to the kid's menu, specially designed for Christmas, combining the value of local traditions with an original, innovative touch.

APPETIZER: Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle soufflé, served with cotechino and traditional green sauce
FIRST COURSE: Carnaroli Riserva San Massimo rice, creamed with pumpkin, Amarone reduction and Monte veronese cheese
MAIN COURSE: Lessinia lamb chops, glazed celeriac, Port jus and pomegranate gel
