The high level of the cooking is possible thanks of the rich country surrounding the city, that gives firstlings and products protected and enhanced for their uniqueness by the certification of the seals of quality "DOP", "DOC", "IGT", "DOCG" and by the presence of several consortiums for the protection of these products.
