Hereditas and Duetorrihotels: strategic training for the future of hospitality
Duetorrihotels S.p.A., committed to developing the professionals of tomorrow, is one of the eleven founding members of Hereditas, an initiative established in Stresa to create a centre of excellence dedicated to training the future managers of the Italian hotel sector.
For the Group, which oversees landmark properties such as the Grand Hotel Majestic "già Baglioni", the Due Torri Hotel, the Hotel Bernini Palace and the Hotel Bristol Palace, joining the Foundation means supporting a shared path of growth by investing in talent development and in the future quality of the sector.
The Group will contribute tothe design of the educational programmes, offering expertise, insights and concrete professional opportunities.
Through Hereditas, Duetorrihotels reaffirms its commitment to fostering an Italian hospitality sector capable of evolving through culture, preparation and the enhancement of new generations.
