The quality and culinary tradition of the Due Torri Hotel – long a symbol of hospitality in Verona – is transferred “to the top” thanks to the flair and experience of the Executive Chef, heading up various culinary corners.
The main event is selected meats and fish, served raw or grilled. Among the specialities are the battuta di fassona (tartare), manzetta prussiana steak, fully deboned padovano cockerel, and Patanegra pork.
The king of the fish section is the dentex, always line caught and not netted, along with “cassopipa” octopus.
