As it has always been, the safety and security of our Guests and team members remain our highest priority. Today more than ever, these enduring values guide us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our thoughts today go out to individuals, local communities, healthcare workers and governments engaged in this fight. We are part of the vast, immense collective effort to reclaim, one step at a time, what the state of emergency has temporarily taken from us: the right to be together, the chance to be close to one another in complete safety.

For us, this commitment means one thing: to continue to be, through our hotels, a true home open to the world for you.

We are monitoring the situation closely, 24 hours a day, and are taking all necessary measures to protect our guests, with the transparency and professionalism that set us apart. We are aware that travelling is not a priority at the moment, but we are looking ahead and working constantly to ensure our hotels remain fully operational.

Below is an update on what we are doing keeping your safety always in mind:

EXISTING RESERVATIONS: We are updating our policy to provide our Customers the most flexibility during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for Guests with existing individual reservations, including reservations with pre-paid rates, that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes without a charge as long as the change is made by April 30. We invite you to contact our reservations departments in order to get assistance.
YOUR TRAVEL SAFETY: Our hotels teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols. In all Duetorrihotels Group facilities, effective disinfection of surfaces and furnishings is carried out using appropriate tools and products. In addition, starting from next week and until the complete cessation of the Covid-19 emergency, a specialized company will provide complete and preventive environmental disinfection of all public areas of our hotels.
FOR OUR DUETORRIHOTELS LUXURY CLUB MEMBERS: We have updated the Duetorrihotels Luxury Club loyalty program dedicated to our Guests, extending the validity of your loyalty points until August 31st, 2020, no longer March 31st.
