The Duetorrihotels group has seen its three 5-star hotels receive the British Airways Customer Excellence Award for 2019. The award, which recognises the quality of hospitality as perceived by guests, was won by the Bernini Palace in Florence, the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni” in Bologna and the Due Torri Hotel in Verona.

A major international accolade for two of the jewels in the crown of the Duetorrihotels Group, a leader in the Italian hospitality industry. The Bernini Palace in Florence and the Due Torri Hotel in Verona have received the 2019 Customer Excellence Award from British Airways, the UK’s largest airline. This coveted award is presented annually based on the opinions of international guests who have reviewed their hotel stays, focusing on location, service, cleanliness and quality of sleep, and assigning an overall score. Their opinions were gathered by British Airways Holidays and the independent and impartial agency Reevoo. The Bernini Palace and the Due Torri Hotel, set against the exceptional backdrop of two of Italy’s most visited cities of art, have demonstrated a genuine ability to ‘tune in’ to their guests’ wishes, which is undoubtedly their trump card.

They are situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the most fascinating monuments of Florence and Verona, and boast an exceptional attention to luxury detail, evident in the quality of the hospitality, the furnishings and the services.
