The Due Torri Hotel is one of the most authentic symbols of Veronese hospitality, a place where history, elegance and culture intertwine to give life to a unique experience in the heart of the city. Set in an historic 14th-century palazzo, a short walk from the Basilica of Saint Anastasia, the hotel looks after the most elegant and refined spirit of Verona, keeping alive deep links with the area’s artistic and cultural heritage.
Our hospitality
The spaces of the Due Torri tell of a tradition of hospitality whose roots go back centuries. Frescoes, marble, precious fabrics and authentic period furnishings create charming scenarios, where traditional elegance melds harmoniously with contemporary comforts. Every space is designed to offer guests an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere able to convey the unique character of an historic residence.
The culture of hospitality represents the heart of the Due Torri’s philosophy. The service, discreet and attentive, is guided by meticulous attention to details and by a highly personalised approach, designed to make every guest welcomed with authentic attention. Over the years, the hotel has become a benchmark for international travellers, artists and culture lovers, particularly during the opera season at Arena di Verona, with which it shares a long tradition.
Staying at the Due Torri means experiencing Verona authentically: not just a place to stay, but a genuine historic residence, where Italian elegance, culture and hospitality meet to provide an unforgettable experience.
A prestigious custodian of the city's memory, the Due Torri Hotel welcomes its guests to the heart of Verona’s historic centre, where art, tradition and elegance have come together for centuries. Located a short walk from the Basilica of Saint Anastasia and some of the city's main artistic wonders, the hotel represents one of the most iconic historic locations of Veronese hospitality, and reflects the refined and cultural spirit of Verona, city of music, art and opera.
The hotel’s building is rooted in the 14th century, and still retains the charm of an ancient aristocratic residence. The interior spaces, embellished with frescoes, marble, period furnishings and highly prestigious architectural details, recount centuries of history and bear witness to the hotel's profound links with the city's artistic heritage.
From the evocative Rooftop Terrace, with its panoramic view over the rooftops of Verona, your gaze will range over some of the most fascinating sights of the city: from the mediaeval towers and the cupolas of the historic churches to the profiles of the hills which surround the centre. A privileged observation point from which to grasp the beauty of Verona, timeless city of art, history and culture.
The recent renovation works have further enhanced the Due Torri Hotel’s historic spaces, bringing back to light one of its most precious artistic treasures: the Arena Casarini. This evocative room is embellished with a cycle of frescoes with a circus theme, painted by Veronese maestro Pino Casarini, one of the most important 20th-century Veronese artists.
The works, featuring lively colours and a strong narrative weight, evoke the theatrical and poetic atmosphere of the world of the circus. Acrobats, jugglers and figures in movement animate the walls, transforming the space into a scenographic environment of great charm and personality.
At the same time, the painting dedicated to the knights of Brandenburg has been returned to its original splendour in the hotel’s lounge; this is a work of great artistic value which helps enhance the elegant atmosphere of the common spaces. The restoration allowed the original tones and details to be recovered, fully restoring the historic and decorative value of the work.
In each room of the Due Torri Hotel, large and harmoniously distributed spaces house precious period furniture, selected with care to enhance the historic character of the residence. The furnishings, an expression of the tradition and elegance of Italian style, are accompanied by refined fabrics and curated details, creating warm and sophisticated environments where the charm of history meets contemporary comfort.
In a place so rich in history and beauty, a great focus is also placed on getting a good night's rest. At the Due Torri Hotel you can go to sleep wrapped in linen sheets, a natural fabric appreciated for its heat regulating properties and able to guarantee a regenerating rest and an authentic sense of well-being.
