What Vinitaly means

Vinitaly is the International exhibition of wine and spirits and offers to both professionals and wine lovers the opportunity to participate in various programmes ranging from more technical conferences to real tastings of the best Italian and foreign wines, workshops and competitions. This event has also contributed to make the wine sector one of the most engaging realities of the primary sector in Italy. The deep connection with Hotel Due Torri Verona

The study of wine and spirits is called Oenology and it's a continuous learning process. At the Due Torri Hotel we are always looking at special features and best labels to offer in our Due Torri Lounge & Restaurant and on our Panoramic Terrace. Following the policy to respect our territory and trying to be always up-to-date with the best wine labels and we have the chance to include in our wine list, also by the glass, fine wines such as Amarone, Lugana, Soave and Valpolicella Classico. The 2021 edition of Vinitaly

From 17 to 19 October 2021, Vinitaly will be back with a Special Edition, proposed in a mixed format including the physical exhibition and a digital version of the event. The Verona Exhibition Centre will also host new products dedicated to mixology and organic wines, with the aim of confirming this event as the most important in the field of hospitality for our Region and its food and wine excellence.
