Cultural rafting on the Adige offers an original and safe way to discover Verona from the river, amidst evocative views and unusual vantage points. In the Lessinia Park you can enjoy an excursion immersed in nature, among history, landscapes and typical flavours such as Monte Veronese DOP and olive oil. Finally, the Nicolis Museum houses an extraordinary collection of vintage cars that tell the story of the evolution of engines and their impact on society and culture.
The “Bassa Veronese” covers a very large territory south of the city, lined with large rice fields, places of faith, homes and castles, and humid oases of international importance. One of the many possible routes starts from Isola della Scala, an area where the best rice is grown “Vialone Nano”. A visit to “riseria” allows you to learn about the rice processing cycle and the importance of water.
Cultural Rafting in Tyrol: the descent of the Adige aboard a rafting dinghy is a new way to admire the charm of a city built and developed on its riverbank, an unforgettable experience capable of offering surprising points of view and glimpses and accessible to all because - despite appearances - it is the safest way to cross the city.
Nature, history and flavours of Lessinia: a day trip to Lessinia Park, discovering the land of Monte Dop cheese and olive oil, in an environment rich in charm and flavor, with the option of stopping in Valpolicella.
The Nicolis Museum brings to life and bears witness to hundreds of perfectly functioning carriages, many personally restored by Luciano Nicolis, all restored to their former splendor. E’ It's amazing to see how the automobile has shaped people's lives over the past two centuries, how it has contributed to women's march toward autonomy and’ independence, how it has traversed cinema, giving us unforgettable images of races, loves, betrayals, escapes, journeys, challenges that all had, in one way or another, a’ car at the center of the scene. And how can you not think about the emotions of sport, the thrill of speed, the legendary champions who speed behind the wheel of their racing cars, man and car one, to the finish line, to victory.
